Sid Meier's Civilization

Installation
  1. Download DosBox from the chrome web store if you do not have it
  2. Download civ from this link
  3. Go to Files->Downloads and double click the download
  4. CTRL+A, CTRL+C all files
  5. If you do not have it, create a new folder that is called "dos"
  6. Inside that folder create a new folder that is called "civ"
  7. CTRL+V into the folder that is called "civ"
  8. Open DosBox
  9. Press the yellow ? in the bottom right hand corner
  10. Press "Import local directory into C:/ Drive"
  11. Select your "dos" folder
  12. Click Open
  13. Skip Steps 14-17 if you have already configured DosBox
  14. Click "Configure DosBox (Advanced)"
  15. Delete all the text in the Configuration file text box
  16. Paste this into the Configuration file text box:
    # DOSBox configuration file
    [cpu]
    core=normal
    cycles=1000

    [sdl]
    output=opengl
  17. Click Save
  18. Close all DosBox windows
Launch Procedure
  1. Open DosBox
  2. Type in cd dos
  3. Type in cd civ
  4. Type in civ.exe
  5. Press 1 three times
